Ron Palmer, Roundhouse Ronny the clown, dies in rafting accident. Ron Palmer, in his persona of Roundhouse Ronny the clown, blows up a balloon June 25 at the Thursday night market in Chico. Palmer died Tuesday in a rafting accident in Colorado.
