No clownin': Insane Clown Posse tours Canada for first time in 15 years

The Insane Clown Posse didn't mean to stay away from Canada for 15 years. “It was not our fault whatsoever. I guess bad decisions, law-wise, kind of made it our fault. We were not welcome in Canada,” said Shaggy 2 Dope, one half of the Detroit duo.
