Man charged after wearing clown mask while jumping out at cars

(WSAZ) -- A man has been arrested after he was seen wearing a clown mask and jumping out at cars as they drove by. Kevin Hancock, 45, of Belle, is charged with wearing of masks, possession of meth, marijuana and roxycodone and public intoxication.
